Then this guided support group is for you! Together, we will roll up our sleeves and dig into familiar fears and core limiting beliefs that hold you back from living more fully. I’ll help you reduce patterns of worry and improve key executive functions related to emotional regulation, productivity and self-esteem. I will also show you how to manage time, organize your schedule and stop procrastinating.
Each session will have a short teaching, followed by an engaging discussion of how a challenge manifests in your life and how to cope more effectively with it. This is a special opportunity to have semi-private consultations with Dr. Saline and learn from other adults with ADHD too (the group size is limited to 15 participants). There will be optional homework, recommended readings and access to a private, ongoing discussion group as well. You will learn practical and mindful strategies for feeling calmer and more confident!

Group Format:
After an initial short check-in and moment of mindfulness, there will be a 20 min teaching on the topic, followed by a discussion that includes individual consultations. There will be optional homework and you will receive a recommended reading list.

Session 1 –Understanding the ADHD-anxiety connection and how this works in the brain and body
Session 2–Managing anxiety overwhelm, stress and burnout more effectively
Session 3–Examining new techniques for decreasing anxiety related to time management and organizational challenges
Session 4-Identifying and changing patterns of negative thinking
Session 5–Uncovering core beliefs related to social anxiety and rejection sensitivity dysphoria and learning how to create fulfilling relationships
Session 6– Reducing perfectionism, imposter syndrome and procrastination
Session 7-Transforming worry into curiosity with mindfulness and growth mindsets
Session 8 –Nurturing resilience and decreasing shame
