Do you love your kids, but you’re fed up, frustrated, and wondering how they will manage their lives as adults?

Dr. Saline is starting a class for parents like you. With her unique 5C’s of ADHD parenting approach, she will help you reduce conflicts, create effective strategies and nurture family connections.

This class is designed for parents who seek the guidance of a seasoned professional and want to participate in a community of like-minded peers. When you raise a student with complex ADHD (e.g., learning differences, level one autism, twice-exceptionality, anxiety, depression, or peer difficulties), finding the support you need can be tough.

Dr. Saline will offer you practical, easy tools for decreasing your own frustration while teaching your child how to improve organization, motivation, and self-regulation. You’ll learn how to understand and navigate hot-button topics such as coping with anxiety, strengthening social skills, reducing procrastination, completing homework, overusing technology, and managing opposition. Plus, this group offers you something unique: Each parent will have special one-on-one time with Dr. Sharon to ask their most pressing and concerning questions.

During these 8 personalized consultations, Dr. Sharon will give individualized advice on approaching your primary challenges, finding useful resources, and identifying effective strategies for dealing with them. All participants will watch, listen, learn, and share their suggestions to empower and grow as a community of support. You will get the special assistance you seek and gain valuable tools and insights from others on a similar parenting journey.

This is a special opportunity to have semi-private consultations with Dr. Sharon and learn from other clinicians and coaches. Every session will have a short teaching, followed by a group discussion and individual support. You will leave this course with a customized program to improve your client’s mental health issues and executive functioning skills and build satisfying relationships.

Your kids need you to meet them where they are. This class is designed to be your virtual companion, with boots-on-the-ground advice and caring peer support.
