Supporting Your Young Adult with ADHD: A Parent’s Guide to Independence

Each week, participants will explore hot topics related to raising neurodivergent emerging adults through the lens of connected independence – Dr. Saline’s effective, collaborative approach to building self-reliance in your children of all ages. You will learn tools for helping them reduce paralyzing self-doubt, procrastination, disorganization and stress by shoring up executive functioning challenges, succeeding in the tasks of daily living and nurturing a growth mindset.

After attending this group, you will leave with practical, evidence-based tools to support your child in creating a successful path with less conflict and greater cooperation.

A Guided Support Group for Parents of Adults Ages 18 and up
