“Learn effective parenting tools to nurture resilience and independence in emerging adults with ADHD”

Each week, participants will explore hot topics related to raising neurodivergent emerging adults through the lens of connected independence – Dr. Saline’s effective, collaborative approach to building self-reliance in your children of all ages. You will learn tools for helping them reduce paralyzing self-doubt, procrastination, disorganization and stress by shoring up executive functioning challenges, succeeding in the tasks of daily living and nurturing a growth mindset.

After attending this group, you will leave with practical, evidence-based tools to support your child in creating a successful path with less conflict and greater cooperation.

A Guided Support Group for Parents of Adults Ages 18 and up

• 8 Sessions, weekly on Zoom
• When: Wednesday evenings, 7:00pm – 8:30 pm EDT

• Group Size: 20 people (maximum)
