Children, Teens & Families
When a child has ADHD or other learning challenges, it affects the whole family. In my clinical practice, I work with children and their families to help understand with compassion what is going on and to develop practical strategies for living and learning with ADHD.
Working together, we will explore how neurodivergence is affecting your life and steps and skills to resolve the challenges you’re facing today.
Emerging Adults
Becoming an adult is one of the hardest transitions your teen will go through. Adulting isn’t easy, especially with a neurodivergent brain. To help, I work with teens and young adults on getting their lives going. We focus on improving executive functioning skills, productivity and social interactions their lives run more smoothly and successfully.
I offer a strength-based approach so you (or your teen) see how capable you are as the results start showing in your life.
Adults
Since the pandemic, the number of adults diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) with ADHD has skyrocketed. The truth is, many of my clients have been neurodivergent their whole lives; the pandemic just opened up the discussion on different brains and how to make your own brain work for you.
I work with adults with ADHD to improve their executive function skills, productivity and social interactions so they develop life-long strategies for living happier, more fulfilling lives.
Professional Development
If your clinical practice, academic institution or corporation needs a mental health keynote talk, workshop or presentation, I regularly present on topics related to ADHD, different brains, anxiety, learning disabilities, twice-exceptionality, and neurodiversity.
I offer a variety of speaking options for audiences of all sizes and have presentations that are regularly delivered as well as custom options.
