What Now? Helping Alternative Learners Overcome Anxiety and Build Resilience

Dr. Sharon Saline will be presenting at the Massachusetts School Counselor Association Spring 2021 Virtual Conference: “Pathways to the Future: Fostering Change and Inclusion”

Today’s kids are more anxious than ever before. Dr. Sharon Saline, veteran psychologist, author and international speaker, discusses the grip of anxiety and what educators and parents can do to help reduce kids’ worries. After reviewing the physiology and psychology of anxiety, she will show you how to help kids change their relationship to worry, avoid the pitfalls of negative thinking, tolerate uncertainty and calm down effectively.

Participants who attend the virtual conference will have access to Dr. Sharon Saline’s presentation until May 31, 2021.
